I'm a therapist who understands that everyone's minds work differently
My own neurospiciness allows me to connect with others that experience the world in a different way than neurotypical folks do, and my love for animals and kindness makes therapy with empaths, introverts and animal people more connected as well. I love to laugh and am curious about just about everything in life. I enjoy living in the moment and I am definitely an animal person. I spent 25 years teaching horseback riding lessons, so I understand the equestrian lifestyle. I rescue not only mammals but bugs and bees too. I am always rooting for the underdog.
I am adept at working with:
Pet Loss/Grief
People Loss/Grief
Native American Populations
Menopause
Neurodivergent Populations
Introverts
Empaths
Self Confidence
Isolation and Loneliness
Life Changes and Life Purpose
Anxiety
Depression
Equestrians

My Background
Being a "pre-elder", I've led many chapters of my life and have learned from every single one (even the cringey ones). It has taught me to focus on what is truly valuable and fulfilling and how to be comfortable just being me. I hope these things are cultivated in the therapeutic relationship with clients.

You haven’t found the right therapist yet because most therapists weren’t built for your brain.
Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and left feeling misunderstood, flattened, or like you were supposed to perform a version of healing that didn’t actually fit. Maybe you’re the kind of person who thinks in layers, loops, tangents, or metaphors—and no one’s ever known how to follow your thread of "all over the place". Well, the good news is the language of "all over the place" is spoken here....fluently. Welcome.
I build therapy around how your mind works. Not the other way around.
If you’ve been looking for a therapist who can keep up with your thoughts, who doesn’t flinch at the weird or the hard stuff, and who genuinely enjoys getting into the thick of it with you—you might’ve just found your match.
